This Rare find Art Deco 1920's Egyptian revival silver and enamel figural bangle is a celebration and a true treasure.

With the discovery of the tomb of Tutankhamun in Egypt on 4th November 1922, global decorative design and Western Aesthetics was changed for ever.  The unearthing revived a romantic fascination with ancient Egypt and it was immediately incorporated into the Art Deco movement.

This 1920’s high grade 935 marked silver enamel articulated bangle is a rare magnificence.  It is a gold gilded creation with a blue and green enamel scaled accents - the movement on the bangle is elasticated and fluid.  The star of the show is the two highly detailed and gold gilded profile bust Pharaoh finials.

This is a truly magnificent and rare Egyptian revival 1920's designer piece.
