n Victorian times, a horse's hoof was often worn to honour a beloved horse. Horses and the equestrian practice was held in high status, with these hoof symbols holding homage and standing as symbols of wealth and achievement.
This highly ornate Victorian watch winder is solid and well made. The silver is unmarked, yet tests true as sterling silver.
The winder has dimensions of 59mm long x 20mm sideways hang. It is a true heirloom.
