The fancy crest is fringed by a leaf laurel border.
The solid sterling silver awards medallion is surrounded with the text inscription “Durban Centenary School. Presented by Corporation 1924” with an engraving for 2nd Motor Cycle and awarded to E.Bagley. The silver hallmark is for Birmingham, circa 1924.
