.1970s .925 Georg Jensen designer blue enamel Saint Christopher vintage religious treasured sterling silver token pendant

I’m an incredibly big fan of Georg Jensen and I think he is my ultimate silversmith designer.  The Georg Jensen designs have collectability that has spanned more than 100 years and his designer items are always sought after and will always be appreciated.

This pendant is marked with the later GJLd mark, meaning it was imported into Britain by The Georg Jensen store, not made by the Georg Jensen silversmiths themselves. 

This lovely sterling silver Saint Christopher token pendant is oval in shape with a script reading for “entrust thy safety to St. Christopher” and the centre decal of Saint Christopher is coloured with a turquoise enamelling. The Saint Christopher medallion carries a promise to protect and guide you in life’s physical and spiritual journeys.  Pendant dimensions:  25mm hang x 15mm wide.  Sale excludes the chain pictured.
