.1970s .925 modernist South African designer Onyx gemstone sterling silver signet seal ring

A solid silver and Onyx gemstone signet seal ring that was made by the South African Mid Century Modern silversmith Jayem.

The signet ring holds a lovely rectangular Onyx gemstone, which has slightly curved sides. 

The ring is solid silver with a wide ring band width of 6mm and a very roomy inside ring diameter of 19.9mm (ring size U).
