This artisan made hand pendant is a large size at 50mm hang and with a solid weight of 8.8 grams.
The wonderful sculptural hand was cast with ethnic geometric patterning that is a nod to the historical and traditional South American and Etruscan styled figa fists. A study of noted sculptors and painters has shown that the hand has been used as a means of portraying character, physical weaknesses and strength.
