Made by the Italian jewellery designer Giorgio Martello, this lavaliere style central drop charm necklace holds a donut centre studded with channel set Cubic Zirconias on the front and the name of Giorgio Martello on the reverse.
From the donut centre drops three chains with silver circles dangling below. Wonderfully modern and allows you to add your own charm dangles to personalise.
