A very well made, early 1920’s to mid century vintage treasure - a hand carved regal dame is immortalised in an expertly carved shell, looking left with her upturn hair and fine features.
The shell cameo dame is framed in a solid and barley woven buttery coloured 10ct gold marked ring setting. The ring is solid weighted at 5.3 grams and will hold a ring size K 1/2.
